Eligible Refunds
- Damaged or leaking products.
- Wrong items delivered.
- Products significantly below our quality standard.
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Products that have been used or consumed.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.
